Studio Set aims to offer a wide variety of classes of the highest quality

We currently offer three different levels of group classes.
Beginner – Beginner level Pilates classes are specifically designed for individuals who are new to Reformer Pilates. Since each reformer is unique, these classes are designed to give you more practice at learning the set up of the machines so that your all-level and intermediate classes go more smoothly. Beginner classes are an essential first step when getting started with Reformer Pilates, no matter how advanced you fitness level may be. They are here to ensure your understanding of Pilates basics and the Reformer is solid, before leveling up.
All Levels – All level classes at SET welcome both new and seasoned practitioners and are a 50/50 mix of beginner and intermediate exercices. The instructors will often offer variations for each exercice to cater to each participant’s level. These classes are ideal to get you used to the intermediate repertoire.
Intermediate – Intermediate level Pilates classes are designed for participants who have a solid foundation in Pilates principles and are ready to advance their practice to a higher level of intensity and complexity. Our intermediate classes only contain intermediate level exercices with no beginner level variations.
These are currently the most advanced classes offered at the studio and we recommend to have taken at least 5 to 10 All Level classes before leveling up.
It is also important for you to know the set up of the Studio reformers before moving on to intermediate classes.
