The midweek massage your body has been waiting for!

In this 45 minute class you will learn basic (and sometimes complicated) self massage techniques using “tune up” massage balls and foam rollers. With these myofascial techniques you will massage deeply into your high tension areas to create balance, length, and relaxation in your entire body. You will learn exercises that you can take home with you as well as tips to create a more balanced postural alignment throughout your entire day.
