This all level class starts on the reformer and finishes at the barre. The Reformer machine will reinforce your arms, your abdominals,  your back, and will challenge your coordination and stability.  The Barre will challenge your cardio, your legs,  and glutes, while integrating the Pilates principles all while moving to some upbeat music. This class is perfect if you want to add a little spice to your routine and get the best of both worlds!
