Benoit Leduc

Benoît Leduc has been professionally active in the dance world for over 25 years. A graduate of the École supérieure de danse du Québec, he danced from 1997 to 2000 with the Jeune Ballet du Québec and with the Grands Ballets Canadiens on various productions. In Argentina he masters the learning of Argentine tango he has been teaching for more than 20 years at Studio Tango Montreal.

He is a consultant and choreographer for various cinema and circus dance projects: Film “Long Shot 2019” (tango choreographer for Charlize Theron), the 7 Doigts De La Main “la vie” tango quartet, Cirque Du Soleil show “Michael Jackson Immortal World Tour ”2011.

He works as a dancer performer for several choreographers and dance companies including: Jean Grand-Maître (Demain Matin MTL M’Attend, Roméo et Juliette), Debra Brown (Cirque du Soleil), Luc Tremblay (Compagnie les Gens D’r) Compagnie Montréal Danse (2005 to 2012) where he worked with Estelle Clareton, Martin Bélanger, Sarah Chase, Blanca Arieta and Benoît Lachambre among others. Nancy Leduc (Danse-Cité 2012), Chantal Dauphinais “Cabaret” 2013-2014, musical by Denise Filiatrault as actor-dancer-singer. He has also been a performer for the company Sinha Danse (Roger Sinha) since 2003 (Os and Bark 2019)

Benoît is a pilates instructor, he obtained his certification from Ann McMillan (AMP) he is certified on the ground and on apparatus. He joins the studio set team and wishes to transmit the benefits of pilates through his expertise and his passion for movement.
