This comprehensive, accessible, and scalable practice uses a spring-loaded machine—the Reformer—to create controlled resistance, promoting deep muscle work. It helps develop strength, stability, flexibility, and postural alignment, all while respecting your body. Each class is designed to activate the core, improve body awareness, and strengthen each muscle group in a balanced way. Guided by our instructors, you'll discover the full potential of Pilates, whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner.

Our Reformer Classes

Reformer Wake-Up

An all-levels class, perfect for starting the day off right. Through a comprehensive sequence combining strength, mobility, and coordination, you'll gently awaken your body and mind. The emphasis is on stretching and overall activation to leave you feeling motivated, energized, and ready to tackle the day on the right foot.

Reform Stability

This intermediate class aims to strengthen stabilizing muscles and improve body alignment through targeted, often unilateral, movements. You'll develop balance, coordination, and postural control while releasing tension. This practice is ideal for those who want to deepen their body awareness.

Reformer Jump & Cardio

A dynamic, fun, and low-impact workout using a jumpboard. This class combines the benefits of Pilates with cardiovascular stimulation while protecting your joints. You'll literally feel like you're jumping on the moon! Perfect for those who want to sweat a little more while maintaining basic control.

Reformer Bone Health

This class focuses on bone health, particularly the spine, while engaging the entire body. It is ideal for those living with osteopenia, osteoporosis, herniated discs, sacroiliac dysfunction, or anyone looking to prevent these conditions. You will learn how to safely strengthen your bones with Pilates on a Reformer.

Reformer Strength & Stretch

The perfect balance between effort and relaxation. The first part of the class focuses on overall muscle strengthening, followed by a sequence of stretching and muscle relaxation. You'll emerge feeling strong, relaxed, and deeply relaxed.

Reformer Strength & Coordination

Designed as a cross-training workout, this intermediate class combines strength training with increased tension and functional exercises to enhance your performance in other sports or activities. It promotes better coordination, increased stability, and sustained muscle power.

Reformer Flow

A fluid, more advanced class, perfect for those seeking intensity and continuous sequences. The fast pace adds a cardio challenge, while the pulsing builds muscular endurance. Get ready to sweat and push your limits.

Reformer Energizing

A condensed 45-minute version, ideal for a quick and effective workout. This class works all muscle groups, perfect for a lunchtime session or when you're short on time. Short, but effective.

Reformer Core

This class focuses on core activation, learning how to functionally engage your core in every movement. You'll develop a solid foundation while exploring different directions and variations from the Pilates repertoire.

ReforMat

A hybrid class that begins on the floor (mat) to activate the core, then moves onto the Reformer to strengthen the arms, legs, and back through resistance. A smart mix of ground control and machine power.
