A complete, impact-free workout

BootyBarre® is practiced at the barre, on the floor, and sometimes with accessories (small weights, resistance bands, balls). The goal: to work the entire body with particular attention paid to alignment, posture, and breathing. Each class offers:

  • Barre sequences to tone legs and glutes
  • Cardio intervals without jumps, to gently activate the heart
  • Work with light weights and elastics to sculpt the upper body
  • Pilates-inspired floor exercises to challenge your core
