Whether you're expecting a baby or have just given birth, our classes are designed to support you physically and mentally during this transformative time. We strengthen key muscles (deep abdominals, pelvic floor, back), release tension, and reconnect with your body, all in a caring and supportive environment. Baby is always welcome, and you'll leave feeling energized and grounded . Please note that your doctor's approval is required before starting prenatal classes.

Prenatal Reformer

Reformer Pilates is a gentle, safe, and incredibly beneficial method during pregnancy. This class supports you through every stage of your prenatal journey, helping you stay strong, mobile, and connected to your breath. It focuses on core muscles, the pelvic floor, and posture to relieve pregnancy-related discomfort, facilitate labor, and optimize postnatal recovery. Mom & Baby Reformer

This Reformer Pilates class allows you to take care of yourself while keeping your baby close by. Specially designed for the postnatal period, it helps you strengthen your core, relieve tension related to pregnancy and breastfeeding, and reconnect deeply with your body. Come move at your own pace, regain your energy, and be part of the caring community of mothers.

Prenatal Cardio Mat / Mom & Baby

A hybrid mat workout combining elements of Pilates and BootyBarre® for dynamic and engaging strengthening. This class is designed for both expectant and new mothers looking to move with their baby. The focus is on cardio, stability, endurance, and post-pregnancy recovery, in a welcoming environment where baby can safely accompany you—carried or held close.
