Frequently Asked Questions

About our Studio Classes

Can I start even if I have never done Pilates?

Yes, absolutely! Our beginner and all-level classes are designed to welcome new practitioners. Our instructors guide you step by step and adapt the movements so you can progress at your own pace.

What is the difference between a Reformer class and a Mat class?

The Reformer is a spring-loaded machine that adds resistance (or support) to the movement, while the mat is performed on the floor with body weight. The two approaches are complementary and very effective!

What should I bring for my first class?

Comfortable, fitted clothing, non-slip socks (required - available for purchase at the studio), a bottle of water, and your good energy! Arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in comfortably.

Can I take classes if I am pregnant?

Yes, we offer safe and appropriate prenatal classes. However, please ensure you have your healthcare professional's approval before beginning.

Can I cancel or postpone a booked class?

Yes, but any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be counted.

Do I have to participate in all the planned activities?

Is transportation included in the price?

No, flights and transportation to the retreat site are not included. However, we will send you recommendations to help you easily plan your arrival.

Can I come alone?

Yes! Many people book solo, and the inclusive atmosphere of the retreats quickly fosters exchanges and wonderful connections.

Will there be vegetarian meals or special options?

Yes, most of our retreats offer healthy, varied meals that accommodate dietary restrictions. Please let us know your needs in advance.
