A story of passion and expertise

Genevieve and Miriah taught the STOTT PILATES method for several years in various Montreal studios before founding Studio Set. Coming from the world of contemporary dance, they have evolved as performers, choreographers, and teachers. Their vision of Pilates is tinged with creativity, precision, and artistic rigor. This wealth of experience translates into classes that are technical, varied, fun, and challenging, pushing the boundaries of traditional Pilates. Always attentive to their clients and curious about the latest innovations in the sector, they adapt their offerings to meet the specific needs of each individual: prenatal and postnatal classes, Pilates for athletes, for injuries, for bone health, online, as a retreat, or in express format...
