Perfect for discovering Reformer Pilates or reviewing the basics, these classes allow you to familiarize yourself with the equipment, learn how to properly set up your machine, and develop essential body awareness. No matter your fitness level, this is a key step in building a solid foundation before moving on to the next level.

These classes welcome both beginners and more advanced practitioners. They combine beginner and intermediate-level exercises (approximately 50/50), with options offered to suit everyone. It's the perfect place to consolidate your skills while exploring the intermediate repertoire at your own pace.
Intermediate ●●●
Designed for those with a solid Pilates foundation, these classes offer only intermediate-level exercises, with no beginner variations. We recommend having taken at least 5 to 10 all level classes before participating. It's also important to be familiar with the studio's Reformer set up to fully enjoy the experience.
