Our Policies and Guidelines

First visit to the studio

For your first session, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before class begins to complete the registration form and prepare. Regarding the dress code, choose comfortable, fitted clothing to facilitate movement and ensure your safety when using the Reformer machines. A top is required during class. Non-slip socks are required for all classes. If you do not have your own, a selection is available for purchase at the studio. We maintain a fragrance-free environment for the well-being of everyone, especially pregnant women and those sensitive to odors.

Reservations

  • Group Classes : All bookings are made through the bsport app. We do not accept bookings by email or phone, except for your first visit. Choose between a package with a set number of classes (1 pass = 1 class) or an unlimited monthly subscription, each subject to specific terms and conditions.

  • Private, semi-private, and special requests : To book, contact us by email at info@studiosetpilates.com, call us at 514-398-0170, or fill out the form available on our website.

  • Course Packages : We offer a variety of options for group and private lessons. You can view all of our rates here .

All packages and subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you're unsure about committing to a full package, you can purchase individual courses to test our services without a long-term commitment.

Delays

Latecomers are permitted up to 10 minutes after the class starts. After this time, for security reasons, access to the class will not be permitted. If you arrive within the 10-minute time limit, please join the class discreetly to minimize disruption. This policy does not apply to postnatal classes.

Cancellations

A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all classes (group, private, and semi-private). Any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of one session from your package. For unlimited memberships, a $15 late cancellation fee will be charged.

Waiting list

If a class is full, sign up for the waitlist. If you cancel, you will receive two notifications two hours apart. You must confirm your attendance to secure your spot; if you do not confirm after the second notification, your spot will be assigned to the next client on the list.
