Dancer, choreographer, and teacher, Benoît has been working in the dance world in Quebec and abroad for over 25 years. Trained at the École supérieure de ballet du Québec, he collaborates with numerous companies, works in film and circus (notably with Cirque du Soleil), and has been teaching Argentine tango for over 20 years. Certified in Pilates on mats and Reformer, Benoît combines rigor, creativity, and extensive knowledge of the body to convey the benefits of movement with passion and precision.
