Dancer, choreographer, and teacher, Benoît has been active in the dance world in Quebec and abroad for over 25 years. Trained at the École supérieure de ballet du Québec, he has collaborated with numerous companies, worked in film and circus (notably with Cirque du Soleil), and has been teaching Argentine tango for over 20 years.

He is certified in mat Pilates, Reformer, as well as all Pilates apparatus. Benoît is a graduate of the AMP program at Ann McMillan Pilates. He has completed several additional trainings, including as a Balanced Body Konnector Teacher (Ann Toran Pilates Reforming New York), spinal training (Spinal Movement), posture and core training, as well as the Franklin Method – Finding Flexibility: The Art and Sense of Stretching. He is also trained in the Ann McMillan – Healthy Back program.

Benoît combines discipline, creativity, and deep knowledge of the body to share the benefits of movement with passion and precision.
