Britt’s lifelong passion for movement naturally led her to the fitness and wellness world. After studying sports massage and completing her personal training certification, she discovered Pilates later in life—and quickly became hooked by its benefits. Having personally navigated injury and chronic pain, Britt is deeply committed to prevention and recovery. She’s dedicated to creating a supportive space where others can feel strong, empowered, and at home in their bodies. Her style of teaching is contemporary with a mix of classical Pilates.
