Pilates instructor

Lydia discovered Pilates in 2019 as part of a personal journey, seeking to relieve chronic pain related to scoliosis and better manage the stress of a demanding corporate career. What began as a need for well-being quickly became a deep passion, leading her to train in the STOTT method with several inspiring mentors. After thirteen years in marketing and communications within a large international company, Lydia chose to redirect her life to devote herself fully to movement and overall well-being. For her, Pilates is much more than a physical workout: it's a philosophy that nourishes both the body and the mind. Originally from the mountains of Kabylie and a world-renowned traveler at heart, Lydia also draws inspiration from cultures that value natural balance, mindfulness, and holistic traditions. In her classes, she combines technical rigor, good humor, positive energy, and kindness. She deeply believes that Pilates builds a strong body, confident posture, and true inner resilience.
