Romane has always been fascinated by movement and the intelligence of the body. At a young age, she explored ballet, gymnastics, and horseback riding, developing a keen awareness of alignment, fluidity, and control. Her journey then led her to pursue a career in design, temporarily putting sports aside—until 2021, through Pilates, she rediscovered a way to fully reconnect body and mind. Touched by the power of this method, she decided to become certified in Pilates, both on the floor and on the Reformer, with the desire to share its benefits. Romane teaches with a structured, precise, and caring approach. She places great importance on understanding movement, alignment, and progression tailored to each individual. Her goal is clear: for each person to leave her classes feeling stronger, more grounded, and fully confident in their body.
