With over five years of dedicated Pilates practice, Shauna quickly developed a desire to share her passion and support others on their own wellness journey. After spending the last seven years abroad, she had the opportunity to train with internationally renowned professionals. These enriching experiences fueled her curiosity and constant desire to learn, which is reflected today in the originality and quality of her teaching. Certified by Balanced Body, as well as other international institutions, Shauna adopts a movement approach that aims to improve quality of life. Her teaching is based on the idea that moving with intention and joy can truly transform the body... and the mind. Her classes strike a beautiful balance between challenge and support, with sessions designed to strengthen, loosen, and create a deeper connection with the body.
